How the WebsNP affiliate program works
No inventory, no upfront spend and nothing to install. You share a link, we do the hosting, the billing and the support, and you keep a share of what the customer pays.
Apply from your client area
Sign in to your WebsNP account, open the Affiliate section and accept the programme policy. Our team reviews each application and replies by e-mail. Becoming an affiliate does not change your customer account — you stay a normal WebsNP client with all your existing services.
Share your referral link
You get a personal link and code, plus ready-made copy and banners in the affiliate resources area. Share it on your website, in a client proposal, in a WhatsApp group or in a newsletter — anywhere you would honestly recommend a host.
We track the referral for 30 days
When someone follows your link we record the visit and remember it for 30 days. If they create a WebsNP account in that window, they are credited to you permanently — including services they buy later.
Earn when they pay
Commission is recorded the moment their invoice is paid, at the rate configured for that service. It sits pending for 30 days while the order settles, then becomes available to withdraw.
Withdraw your earnings
Once your available balance reaches NPR 10,000 you can request a payout to Bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, PayPal, WebsNP account credit. Requests are normally processed within 7 working days.

Tracking, holding periods and payouts
How referral tracking works
Your link is https://www.websnp.com/ref/YOURCODE. Following it records
the visit and stores your code in the visitor's browser for 30 days.
If they sign up in that window, the referral is yours for good.
Where a visitor has followed more than one affiliate link, the most recent one
before signup is credited.

When commission becomes available
A new commission is pending for 30 days. That window exists because an order can still be refunded or cancelled, and we would rather hold a payout briefly than claw it back later. After it, the entry becomes available and can be withdrawn.
Minimum withdrawal and process
The minimum withdrawal is NPR 10,000. Request a payout from your dashboard, pick your method, and we review and send it — normally within 7 working days. You will get an e-mail at each stage.
Who can become an affiliate
- Anyone with a WebsNP account, existing customer or not.
- Web designers, developers and agencies recommending a host to clients.
- Bloggers, YouTubers and community admins with a relevant audience.
- IT consultants and resellers who advise businesses on infrastructure.
- You must be legally able to enter an agreement and receive payment where you live.
What affiliates cannot do
- Refer yourself, or order through your own link using another account.
- Create duplicate accounts or place orders you do not intend to keep.
- Send spam of any kind, or post your link where it is not welcome.
- Bid on WebsNP brand terms in paid search, or run ads that look like ours.
- Claim to be WebsNP, or promise prices, features or refunds we do not offer.
- Publish or hunt for coupon codes we have not released publicly.

How much commission can I earn?
Up to 20% of the net amount billed, depending on the service. The rate table above shows what each service currently pays.
Do I need to be a WebsNP customer?
No. A free WebsNP account is enough to apply. If you are already a customer, becoming an affiliate adds to your account rather than changing it — your services and invoices carry on exactly as before.
What happens if a referred customer gets a refund?
The commission is reversed. If it was still pending it is simply cancelled; if it had already been paid to you, the amount is recovered from future earnings. This is why the 30-day holding period exists.
Can I refer myself?
No. Orders placed by an affiliate through their own link do not earn commission, and repeated attempts are treated as programme abuse.
