Receive Payment DetailsWe will send you our crypto wallet address, PayPal email, or Skrill/Neteller account ID. For crypto payments, we also provide the exact USD-to-crypto conversion amount based on the live rate at time of invoice — this rate is valid for 30 minutes.
Send Your PaymentTransfer the exact amount to the address or account we provide. For crypto, always double-check the wallet address and the blockchain network (TRC-20 vs ERC-20 for USDT) before sending. Sending to the wrong network will result in permanent loss of funds.
Share Your Transaction ID / ScreenshotEmail us your transaction hash (for crypto), transaction ID, or a payment screenshot. Include your full name, plan purchased, and preferred domain name. We activate your account as soon as the transaction is confirmed on-chain or received in our account.

We lock the USD-to-crypto rate at the time we send you the payment details, valid for 30 minutes. If you pay within that window, the locked rate applies regardless of any price movement. If you pay after 30 minutes, contact us for an updated rate before sending.
Yes. If a refund is approved under our 15-day money-back policy, it will be returned in the same cryptocurrency and to the same wallet address used for payment. The refund amount is based on the original USD value, converted at the current exchange rate at time of refund, not the original rate.
