Google AI Pro for Developers: Antigravity, Jules, Gemini CLI and AI Studio
Google AI Pro is a personal subscription, but developers get more from it than most people notice. It raises the limits across several of Google's coding tools rather than adding one new product.
The tools
- Google Antigravity: an AI coding environment. Pro raises the quotas, which refresh every five hours.
- Jules: a coding agent that works on tasks in your repository.
- Gemini Code Assist and Gemini CLI: assistance in your editor and your terminal, with higher limits on Pro.
- Google AI Studio: a web interface to prototype prompts and apps with the Gemini Pro models.
Google also lists a monthly Google Cloud credit through the Developer Program premium tier for subscribers.
Is it worth it?
Use the free tiers of these tools for a couple of weeks and note when you hit a limit. If you are stopped regularly, a paid plan removes that friction. If you rarely reach the free limits, you do not need it. A subscription is a personal plan, so for a team with shared billing look at Google Workspace instead.
Using it from Nepal
The common blocker is paying in dollars. WebsNP sells Google AI Pro as one term paid in NPR and applied to your own Google account. See the developer guide for more.
