Programme Policy

WebsNP Affiliate Program Policy

These are the commercial terms of the WebsNP affiliate programme. You accept them when you apply, and they apply for as long as you hold an affiliate account.

Operator: Webs NP IT Solution ("WebsNP", "we", "us"). Applies to: the WebsNP affiliate programme. Figures quoted below are the settings currently in force and are shown live from our billing configuration.

This policy sets out how the programme operates commercially. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the WebsNP Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or Acceptable Use Policy, which continue to apply to your WebsNP account. Where local law in your country gives you rights this policy does not mention, those rights are unaffected. For anything jurisdiction-specific — particularly tax — please take your own advice.

1. Who can become an affiliate

  • You need a WebsNP account. You do not need to be a paying customer, and being one gives you no advantage.
  • You must be old enough and legally able to enter an agreement and receive payment where you live.
  • One affiliate account per person or business. Multiple accounts held by the same person are a breach of this policy.
  • You must accept this policy before an affiliate account is issued.
  • Applications are reviewed by our team, and we may decline an application. We are not obliged to give reasons, though we normally do.
  • Holding an affiliate account does not change your customer relationship with WebsNP. You remain an ordinary client and nothing about your services, invoices or support changes.

2. How referrals are tracked and attributed

  • You are issued a unique affiliate code and referral link. Referrals are only recognised when they arrive through it.
  • Following your link records the visit and stores your code in the visitor's browser as a first-party cookie for 30 days (the attribution window).
  • A referral is created when a visitor carrying a live cookie creates a new WebsNP account.
  • Where a visitor has followed more than one affiliate link, the most recent valid referral before signup is credited.
  • Attribution is decided once and is permanent. A customer already attributed to an affiliate cannot be reassigned by a later click.
  • An existing WebsNP customer cannot become your referral. Neither can a signup that happens after your attribution window has expired.
  • Tracking depends on the visitor's browser accepting a first-party cookie. Where cookies are cleared, blocked, or the signup happens on a different device, the referral cannot be credited and no commission arises. We cannot reconstruct such referrals after the fact.
  • We record your code, the landing page, the timestamp, the referring site, a one-way hash of the visitor's IP address and a short browser identifier. We do not disclose your referred customers' contact details, invoices or services to you.

3. How commission is calculated

  • Commission is a percentage of the net amount WebsNP bills for each qualifying line on a paid invoice: after any discount, and excluding VAT and any other tax.
  • Where an invoice carries a whole-invoice discount, it is allocated across the lines in proportion to their value.
  • Setup fees and add-ons are billed as ordinary line items and are commissioned at the rate for that service.
  • Rates are set per service. The most specific configured rate applies: an individual product rate takes priority over its category rate, which takes priority over the global default of 10%. A negotiated partner rate, where agreed in writing, replaces all of them. The highest rate currently configured is 20%.
  • Services are configured as paying on the first payment only, on every renewal, or not at all. The commission rates page shows which applies to each service, and it is the authoritative published list.
  • No commission arises on: unpaid invoices; failed, reversed or disputed payments; cancelled orders; fully refunded orders; estimates and proforma documents; account balance top-ups; orders we determine to be fraudulent; and orders placed by you through your own referral link.
  • A given invoice line can produce commission once only. Duplicate accrual is prevented by the system, and any duplicate found is reversed.

4. When commission becomes available

  • New commission is recorded as pending when the invoice is paid.
  • It remains pending for a holding period of 30 days, during which the underlying order may still be refunded, cancelled or found to be fraudulent.
  • After the holding period it becomes available and counts towards your withdrawable balance.
  • Commission on a referral we reject during the holding period is cancelled and never becomes available.
  • We may change the holding period. A change applies to commission recorded after it takes effect.

5. Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations and reversal

  • If the order behind a commission is cancelled, terminated, refunded or charged back, the commission is reversed.
  • Pending commission is cancelled outright and never counted.
  • Available commission is reversed and removed from your withdrawable balance.
  • Commission already paid to you, or committed to a payout in progress, is recovered by booking an offsetting entry against your future earnings. The original entry and the reversal both remain visible in your history; financial records are not deleted.
  • If your affiliate account is closed while an amount is owed back to us following a reversal, we may set it off against any balance held on your WebsNP customer account.
  • Where the billing system records a partial refund, we may reverse commission proportionately or make a manual adjustment with a stated reason.

6. Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal is NPR 10,000. A request below it is declined and the balance carries forward.
  • A withdrawal request settles your entire available balance at the moment of the request, so the amount is calculated by us rather than entered by you.
  • Only one withdrawal request may be open at a time. It must be completed, rejected or cancelled before another can be raised.
  • Available payout methods are Bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, PayPal, WebsNP account credit, and the list may change.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the payout details you give us. We are not liable for a payment correctly sent to details you supplied incorrectly.
  • Requests are normally processed within 7 working days. This is a target, not a guarantee — bank and wallet provider timings are outside our control.
  • We may hold a withdrawal while we investigate a suspected policy breach, or where a referral in the request is under review. We will tell you when we do.
  • Commission covered by a withdrawal we reject or cancel returns to your available balance.
  • Withdrawals are only available while your affiliate account is active.
  • Any transaction or transfer fee charged by your chosen payout provider is yours, unless we say otherwise.

7. Fraud, self-referral and abuse

The following are breaches of this policy and earn no commission:

  • Referring yourself, or ordering through your own link using any account you control or arrange.
  • Creating duplicate or fictitious customer accounts, or referral loops between accounts.
  • Placing orders you do not intend to keep, or with payment instruments you are not authorised to use.
  • Repeatedly generating orders that are cancelled or refunded shortly after payment.
  • Interfering with referral tracking — cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, injected links, browser extensions, typosquatting or any automated traffic.
  • Generating fake leads or enquiries to inflate referral counts.

We use several signals to identify invalid activity and we look at them together. A single indicator — a shared IP address, for example, which is what a household, an office or a mobile network normally looks like — is not treated as proof of abuse. Suspicious referrals are flagged for human review, and we will normally ask you about the activity before acting. Where we conclude a breach has occurred, we may reject the referral, reverse the commission, suspend the account or terminate it, in proportion to what happened.

8. Prohibited marketing practices

  • Spam of any kind. Unsolicited e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp broadcasts, direct messages, comment spam, forum spam or posting into communities that have not invited promotion.
  • Brand bidding. Bidding in paid search on "WebsNP", variants or misspellings of it, or our page URLs, and running any ad that could be mistaken for an official WebsNP advertisement.
  • Impersonation. Presenting yourself as WebsNP, as our employee or agent, or operating a site, page, profile or domain that could be confused with ours.
  • Misleading claims. Promising prices, specifications, uptime, refunds, guarantees or features we do not actually offer, or quoting rates and thresholds other than those published on our pages.
  • Coupon abuse. Publishing, guessing or distributing discount codes we have not released publicly, or presenting your site as an official WebsNP coupon source.
  • Trademark misuse. Registering domains, social handles or app names containing "WebsNP", and altering our logo or brand assets.
  • Unlawful or harmful placement. Promoting WebsNP on sites containing illegal, adult, hateful, deceptive or malware-carrying content.
  • Undisclosed promotion. Where the law or platform rules require you to disclose an affiliate relationship, you must do so clearly.

You may use the WebsNP name and the marketing assets in your affiliate resources area to promote us honestly. That permission is limited to promoting the programme, does not transfer any rights in our brand, and ends when your affiliate account ends.

9. Suspension, rejection and termination

  • We may suspend an affiliate account where we are investigating a suspected breach, or have concluded one occurred.
  • While suspended, no new commission is recorded. Commission already earned remains on your account and stays visible in your dashboard, and referral links may or may not continue to record clicks depending on our configuration.
  • Either of us may end the affiliate relationship at any time. You can ask us to close your affiliate account; we may terminate one for a policy breach, for prolonged inactivity, or where we discontinue the programme.
  • On ordinary termination or closure — including where we discontinue the programme — commission validly earned and past its holding period remains payable, and you may withdraw it subject to the minimum. We may waive the minimum to settle a final balance.
  • On termination for fraud or a serious policy breach, we may reject the affected referrals, reverse the related commission and withhold any unpaid balance attributable to that activity. We will tell you which referrals and amounts are affected and why.
  • Suspending or terminating an affiliate account does not affect your WebsNP customer account, your services or your invoices, which continue under the ordinary Terms and Conditions.
  • Financial records are retained. We do not delete commission or payout history when an account closes.

10. Changes to the programme

  • We may change commission rates, add or remove eligible services, and change the attribution window, holding period, minimum withdrawal, payout methods or processing times.
  • A change takes effect when it is published in our configuration and reflected on these pages. It applies to referrals and commission recorded after that point.
  • Commission you have already earned is never recalculated because a rate changed.
  • We may suspend or discontinue the programme. If we do, section 9 governs commission already earned.
  • The figures shown on our public affiliate pages are read live from our configuration and are the authoritative published terms at any moment.

11. Payments, tax and your own obligations

  • Commission is calculated and paid in NPR. Where an order was billed in another currency, it is converted once, at accrual, using the rate then in force; the converted figure is fixed at that point and is not restated later.
  • Amounts we pay you are gross of any tax you may owe. You are responsible for declaring your affiliate earnings and for any income tax, VAT or other liability arising where you live or do business.
  • Where the law obliges us to withhold or deduct tax, or to report payments, we will do so, and we may ask you for the information we need first.
  • You act as an independent participant in a commercial programme. Nothing here creates employment, agency, partnership or a joint venture, and you cannot bind WebsNP or make commitments on our behalf.
  • You must keep your affiliate account secure. Activity through your code and link is treated as yours.

12. No guaranteed income

Participation carries no guaranteed, minimum or typical income. Any figure, example or calculation on our pages illustrates how commission is worked out — it is not a forecast, a projection or a representation of what you will earn. Many affiliates refer no customers and earn nothing. Your results depend on your audience, your effort and what your referrals choose to buy, none of which we control.

13. Questions and disputes

If you disagree with a commission decision, a reversal or an account action, raise it with us through our contact page or a support ticket, and include the reference of the entry concerned. Every commission entry, reversal, adjustment and payout is individually recorded, so we can review a specific decision with you rather than argue about a total. We aim to answer disputes within 7 working days.
