Brick Kiln and Crusher Software for Nepali Yards
Record every truck, weighbridge slip, brick count and credit sale at the gate, so the owner sees dispatch, dues and stock without waiting for the munim.
A kiln or crusher yard runs on loose paper: a gate slip, a driver's word, a pencil entry in the khata. By the end of a busy week nobody can say how many trucks left, how much material each one carried or which contractor still owes for the last six loads. Brick kiln and crusher software turns each gate movement into a record you can search.
WebsNP sets the system up around the way yards in Nepal actually sell: by tipper, tractor trolley or per thousand bricks, with the weighbridge reading or a counted load, part payment and monthly credit for regular contractors. Dates can be shown in Bikram Sambat and amounts are in NPR.
The owner gets a daily view of dispatch, cash received and credit outstanding. Read about factory production software if you also run a processing plant, or message us on WhatsApp for a demo built around your yard.
Who Brick Kiln and Crusher Software is for
Brick kiln owners
You sell by the thousand to builders and contractors, take advances before the season and need a clear picture of stock, dispatch and who owes you.
Stone crusher and aggregate plants
You load gravel, dust, boulders and sand by truck and want every trip tied to a weight, a buyer and a bill.
Sand and gravel yards
You sell by tipper or trolley load and need to stop disputes about how many loads went to which site.
Multi-yard operators
You run more than one kiln or plant and want one set of customers and a separate dispatch and cash report for each site.
Transport and tipper owners attached to a yard
You carry material for the yard and need trip counts, driver advances and fuel recorded against each vehicle.
Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Gate slips are lost or rewritten, so the trip count never matches the cash | Each loading creates a numbered slip with vehicle, material, quantity and buyer, and the day's dispatch is totalled automatically. |
| Contractors on credit dispute what they owe | Every load and every payment is posted to the contractor ledger, so a dated statement can be shared on WhatsApp in a minute. |
| The weighbridge reading is copied by hand and sometimes wrongly | Gross and tare weights are entered at the weighbridge desk, or imported where the device allows, and net weight is calculated by the system. |
| Stock of bricks or aggregate is a guess until someone counts | Production or crushing adds to stock and dispatch deducts from it, so the running balance is visible daily. |
| Season advances and labour payments are mixed in one khata | Advances taken from buyers and paid to moulders, firemen and drivers are held in separate ledgers with dates. |
| Diesel and vehicle costs are never compared with income | Fuel, repair and driver costs are posted per vehicle, so a trip report shows what each truck actually earns. |
Features and modules
Gate dispatch
Numbered loading slips with vehicle number, driver, material, quantity, destination and time.
Weighbridge entry
Gross, tare and net weight per trip with the slip printed or shared; designed to work with a weighbridge device where its output allows.

Built for how Nepal works
Selling units that match local habit
Bricks go by the thousand (hazar), crushed material by tonne, cubic foot or tipper load. Rates and units are configured per product rather than forced into one.
Season and monsoon cycles
Kilns and river-based yards slow down or stop in the rains. Reports compare month with month in BS so you can plan advances, labour and stock before the busy dry season.
Local authority permits and records
Kilns, crushers and extraction sites work under rules set by local and federal bodies. The software keeps your own dispatch and production records tidy; confirm what must be filed with your local authority and do not treat the software as a compliance product.
NPR, VAT and credit practice
Invoices are in NPR and can be configured for 13% VAT where you are registered. Confirm your registration duty with the IRD or your accountant. Credit to regular contractors is normal, so the ledger is a core feature.
WhatsApp for statements
Contractors answer on WhatsApp faster than they come to the office, so statements and due reminders are written for it, with SMS as a fallback.

Read guide ›Frequently asked questions
Can it work with my weighbridge?
It is designed to take weights typed at the weighbridge desk, and to import readings where your device exposes them. Device compatibility depends on the make, so tell us the model during the demo and we confirm the approach before you commit.
Can I sell bricks per thousand and gravel per tonne in the same system?
Yes. Each product has its own unit and rate, and a single invoice can mix them. Reports then show dispatch in each unit, not one forced total.
How do you handle contractors who buy on credit?
Every dispatch and payment is posted to the customer ledger, with part payments and advances. You get a running balance, an ageing list and a statement you can share on WhatsApp.
Can I track what I pay moulders, firemen and drivers?
Yes. Advances, daily wages and piece-rate work are recorded per person, and the season-end settlement shows advances against work done. Your own wage rules are set up with you.
Will it keep me compliant with permits?
No software can promise that. It keeps clean dispatch and production records that help you answer questions, but you must confirm filing and permit duties with your local authority and accountant.
Can the gate clerk use it on a phone?
Gate entry can be set up for a phone or a desk computer, depending on the connection at the yard. We discuss signal, power and device options at the demo.
Can I move my current khata in?
Customer names, phones and opening balances are entered or imported from a sheet at set-up. Handwritten khatas are typed in with you, and the time depends on how many accounts you have.
What does it cost?
Price depends on the number of sites, users, devices and customisation, so we quote after a demo rather than publishing a fixed rate. Message us on WhatsApp to ask.
