Garment Shop and Boutique Software for Size, Colour and Tailoring
Track every size and colour, bill fast with barcodes, manage tailoring orders with measurements and bring regular customers back with timely messages.
A clothing shop does not sell one product. It sells one design in four sizes and five colours, and a customer always asks for the one that is not on the shelf. When stock is kept in a notebook, nobody knows which size has run out until a customer is standing at the counter and leaves empty-handed.
WebsNP garment and boutique software stores each design with its size and colour variants, prints a barcode label for each, and updates stock the moment a piece is billed. You can see what is selling, what is stuck on the rack and what to reorder before the festival season begins.
For boutiques that stitch to order, the same system holds customer measurements, fabric details, trial and delivery dates and the advance paid. Staff stop writing on slips that get lost, and customers receive a message when their outfit is ready. See the product page or ask for a demo on WhatsApp.
Who Garment and Boutique Software is for
Ready-made clothing shops
Shops selling shirts, kurtas, jeans, jackets or children's wear in many sizes and colours that need accurate variant stock.
Ladies boutiques
Boutiques that sell sarees, kurtas, lehengas and western wear and want to show the owner what moves each season.
Tailoring and stitching shops
Businesses that take measurements, cut and stitch to order and must deliver by a promised date.
Multi-branch fashion stores
Owners with two or more outlets who want stock and sales from every branch in one view.
Shops that also sell on social media
Sellers taking orders through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp who need stock to stay correct across both channels.
Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Nobody knows which size or colour is finished | Each variant has its own stock count. A low-stock list shows what to reorder before it sells out. |
| Billing is slow at the counter during festivals | Scan the barcode on the tag and the item, price and tax appear at once. A bill takes seconds instead of minutes. |
| Tailoring orders are on paper slips and get lost | Every order has measurements, design notes, trial date, delivery date and advance, with a pending list for the tailor. |
| Discounts and sale prices are applied inconsistently | Set sale prices or percentage discounts by category or brand for a date range, and limit manual discounts by user role. |
| Returns and exchanges confuse stock | Return and exchange entries put the piece back in the right size and colour, with a note of the reason. |
| Old stock sits for months without being noticed | An ageing report shows items unsold for a set number of weeks so you can mark them down or bundle them. |
| Regular customers drift away | Purchase history lets you send a message when new stock arrives or when an outfit is ready, with customer permission. |

Built for how Nepal works
Festival and wedding season peaks
Dashain, Tihar, Teej and the wedding months bring most of the year's sales. Barcode billing and variant stock keep the counter moving when it is crowded.
VAT at 13% and bill printing
Bills can be set to show VAT at 13% where it applies to your shop. Confirm your registration status with your accountant and we configure the bill to match.
Nepali dates and fiscal year
Reports use Bikram Sambat dates and the Shrawan-start fiscal year, so year-end stock and sales line up with your books.
Social media orders and payments
Many shops sell through Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. The software can record these orders and common payment methods such as cash, bank transfer and QR payment.
Power and internet interruptions
Billing can run on a local computer at the counter so a power or internet cut does not stop the sale. Data is backed up when the connection returns.

Can it handle many sizes and colours of one design?
Yes. Each design holds a grid of sizes and colours, and every combination has its own stock count and barcode. Billing a piece reduces exactly that variant, so you always know what is left.
Do I need a barcode printer?
A label printer and scanner make billing and stock counting much faster, but they are optional. You can start by searching items by name or code and add hardware later.
Can it manage tailoring orders with measurements?
Yes. You save measurements, fabric details, style notes, trial and delivery dates and the advance. A pending list helps the shop and the tailor see what is due each day.
Can I run a festival sale?
Yes. You can set a discount by category, brand or item for a date range. The reduced price appears automatically at billing, and the sale ends on its own at the end date.
Does it support more than one branch?
Yes, it can hold stock and sales for several outlets, with transfers between them and combined reports for the owner. Details depend on your setup and are explained in the demo.
Can I send messages to customers?
You can send order-ready notices and offers by WhatsApp or SMS to customers who have agreed to receive them. Sending depends on the messaging service you choose to connect.
Will it work if the power or internet goes?
It can be set up to run locally at the counter so billing continues, and it backs up your data when the connection is back.
How is the price decided?
It depends on the number of counters, branches, whether tailoring is included and any custom bill or tag layout. We quote after a demo and a few questions.
