CRM Software in Nepal: Never Lose a Lead or Forget a Follow-up
A simple CRM for Nepali sales teams that keeps every enquiry, call note, WhatsApp follow-up and quotation in one place that the whole team can see.
Most Nepali businesses already have a CRM. It is a mix of one Excel sheet, a few notebooks, the sales manager's memory and a lot of WhatsApp chats. It works until a salesperson leaves, a lead goes cold or an owner asks "how many real enquiries did we get this month?" and nobody can answer.
A proper CRM system keeps each lead as a record: who called, what they wanted, which product, who is handling it, what was promised and when the next call is due. Nothing lives only inside one person's phone, and the owner can see the pipeline without chasing the team.
WebsNP builds and configures CRM software around how you actually sell, whether that is walk-in enquiries, Facebook leads, phone calls from a hoarding or agents bringing clients. You get a working system you can use daily, not a foreign tool with forty screens you never open. Pricing comes after a short demo and quote.
Who CRM Software is for
Sales teams of 3 to 30 people
Where leads arrive from many channels and the manager needs to know who is chasing which enquiry and who is not.
Real estate, vehicles and education sellers
High-value, long-decision sales where a lead needs weeks of polite follow-up and a good record of every conversation.
Service and installation companies
Solar, CCTV, interior, software and construction firms that quote first and win later, often after several visits.
Distributors and wholesalers
Field staff who visit shops, take interest notes and need a clear reminder of which dealer to visit next.
Consultancies and agencies
Businesses where one client may need several services and several staff touch the same relationship.
Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Leads sit in personal phones and WhatsApp chats, so they leave with the salesperson. | Every lead is stored centrally with owner, source, status and notes. A staff change means reassigning records, not losing them. |
| Follow-ups depend on memory, so warm enquiries go cold after the first call. | Each lead gets a next follow-up date. Today's list shows who to call, and overdue items are visible to the manager. |
| The owner cannot tell which advertising actually brings buyers. | Source is captured on every lead, so reports compare Facebook, referrals, walk-ins and calls by enquiries and by wins. |
| Two staff call the same customer with different prices. | Quotations and last-discussed terms sit on the customer record where everyone sees the same history. |
| Quotes are sent by chat and nobody knows if they were accepted. | Quotations are linked to the lead with a status, so open quotes can be chased in a structured way. |
| Customer lists are scattered across several Excel files with duplicate numbers. | Duplicate phone numbers are flagged on entry, and imports from your existing sheets are cleaned once. |
| Reports take hours to prepare before every monthly meeting. | Pipeline, conversion and staff activity reports are generated from live data in a few clicks. |
Features and modules
Lead capture
Add leads manually, import from Excel or receive them from your website enquiry form, with source and product interest recorded.
Pipeline stages
Move leads through stages you define, such as new, contacted, site visit, quoted, negotiating, won and lost.
Follow-up reminders
Daily task list with due and overdue follow-ups per salesperson, so nothing depends on memory.
Call and meeting notes
Log what was discussed after every call or visit, building a readable history for the next person who picks it up.
WhatsApp click-to-chat
Open a chat with the lead in one click using a saved message template. Messages stay in WhatsApp; the note is logged in the CRM.
Quotations
Prepare a quotation with items, 13% VAT where applicable and validity date, and track whether it was accepted.
Customer records
One profile per customer with contacts, past purchases, documents and a timeline of every interaction.
Roles and permissions
Salespeople see their own leads, managers see the team, and the owner sees everything including reports.
Sales reports
Conversion by source, win and loss reasons, pipeline value and activity by salesperson for any date range.
Nepali date support
Follow-up and report dates can be shown in Bikram Sambat alongside the English date.
SMS reminders
Optional reminders to staff or opted-in customers through an SMS provider you hold an account with.
Built for how Nepal works
WhatsApp is where the deal happens
Most Nepali buyers prefer WhatsApp or Viber over email. The CRM is designed around click-to-chat and templates instead of assuming email-first selling.
Bikram Sambat dates and fiscal year
Reports can follow the Nepali fiscal year starting Shrawan, and follow-up dates can be displayed in BS.
Referral and agent-driven selling
Many sales come through relatives, agents and dealers. Referrer and agent fields let you see who actually brings in business.
Unreliable power and internet
The system is web-based and light enough to use on a mobile phone, so field staff can update leads even on a weak connection.
How we get you started
- Short call about how you sell We ask about lead sources, stages, team size and what you report to the owner today, usually over WhatsApp and one call.
- Demo and quotation You see a working demo shaped like your sales process and receive a written quote after the scope is agreed.
- Setup and data import We configure stages, users, templates and fields, then clean and import your existing Excel lists.
- Team training A short session for salespeople and managers, focused on the daily follow-up list rather than every feature.
- Go live and review After a few weeks of real use we adjust stages, fields and reports based on what your team actually does.

What is the difference between CRM and an Excel sheet?
Excel stores rows, but it does not remind anyone to call, restrict who sees what, keep a timeline per customer or show a live pipeline. A CRM adds structure, reminders, permissions and reports so the sheet stops depending on one careful person.
Can the CRM send WhatsApp messages automatically?
The standard setup opens a WhatsApp chat with a ready template so your staff send the message themselves. Automated sending needs an official WhatsApp Business API account from a provider, subject to their onboarding and rules. We can discuss that separately.
Can I import my existing customer list?
Yes. We can import from Excel or CSV after cleaning duplicates and fixing phone number formats. The quality of the result depends on the quality of the source file, so we review it with you first.
Will my salespeople actually use it?
Adoption is the real challenge in any CRM. We keep forms short, make the daily follow-up list the home screen and train the team on a few habits first. The owner also needs to review reports from the CRM, not from chats.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The system is web-based and designed to be usable on a phone browser, which suits field staff and owners who travel. It needs an internet connection to save changes.
Can different salespeople see only their own leads?
Yes. Roles control what each user sees. A salesperson can be limited to assigned leads while managers see the whole team and the owner sees reports across everything.
Is customer data safe?
Access is protected by user accounts and roles, and backups are part of the hosting setup we discuss with you. You are still responsible for collecting contact details with proper consent and for who in your team gets access.
How much does CRM software cost?
It depends on users, custom fields, integrations and hosting. We do not publish a fixed price because needs differ. Message us on WhatsApp for a demo and a written quotation.
