Bulk SMS and WhatsApp Software for Nepali Businesses
Organise your customer lists, prepare message templates, schedule SMS and WhatsApp campaigns and read delivery reports, with opt-outs and consent built into the routine.
Most Nepali businesses already message customers: a festival offer from a shop owner's phone, a fee reminder from a school office, a delivery update from a courier. The trouble starts when the list grows past a few hundred. Numbers sit in five phones, the same person gets three messages and nobody knows who replied. Bulk SMS and WhatsApp software brings the list, the message and the result into one place.
WebsNP sets up a campaign system around your own contacts: groups such as customers, members or students, templates with the name and amount filled in, scheduled sends and a log of what was delivered. It is meant for people who have agreed to hear from you, with a simple way for anyone to say stop.
We do not sell lists and we do not help send unsolicited messages to strangers. Read about CRM software for lead follow-up, or message us on WhatsApp for a demo of a messaging setup that fits your business.

Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Customer numbers are scattered across phones and sheets, with duplicates | Contacts are kept in one list with groups, duplicates are flagged and each person has a consent note. |
| Every message is typed by hand, so wording and amounts vary | Templates fill in the name, date or amount for each contact from your own data. |
| You do not know who received the message | A send log shows queued, sent and failed status per number, as far as your sending provider reports it. |
| People complain about repeated or unwanted messages | An opt-out list is kept, and anyone who says stop is excluded from later sends automatically. |
| Offers go to everyone, even where they do not apply | Segments by area, product, last purchase or due status let you target a message to the right group. |
| Staff send from personal numbers and customers lose the thread | Messages go from the business sender, with replies and notes kept against the contact. |

Built for how Nepal works
Messages in Nepali and English
Templates can be written in Nepali script, romanised Nepali or English. Nepali text uses more characters per SMS part than English, so your provider may count it as several messages; the software shows you the length before sending.
WhatsApp is the main channel
Many Nepali customers answer WhatsApp faster than SMS or email. Campaigns are written for it, with SMS as a fallback for people who are not on WhatsApp.
Consent and spam
Send only to people who have agreed or are existing customers expecting contact. Unsolicited messages can get a number blocked, harm your reputation and may breach rules on privacy and electronic communication. Confirm current rules with the relevant authority or a lawyer.
Provider and sender set-up
SMS and WhatsApp delivery depends on the provider you choose and their terms, including sender names and daily limits. We set up the connection you select, and we do not claim any official partnership with a telecom operator or with WhatsApp.
BS dates and festival calendar
Schedule against Bikram Sambat dates, and avoid sending marketing during major festival mornings or late at night when messages feel intrusive.

Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?
We do not claim official partnership with WhatsApp or any telecom operator. We set up the sending method that suits your use and explain its limits at the demo, including volume and account risk. Ask about it before you buy.
Can I send messages to anyone I have a number for?
No. Send only to people who have agreed or who are existing customers expecting to hear from you. Unwanted messages can lead to blocked numbers and complaints. The software keeps consent notes and an opt-out list to support responsible use.
How are opt-outs handled?
When a contact asks to stop, you mark them as opted out and they are excluded from future campaigns. Replies such as STOP can be logged by your team. We recommend a stop line in every marketing message.
Can I send in Nepali?
Yes. Templates can use Nepali script or romanised Nepali. SMS providers count Nepali text in shorter parts than English, so the software shows the length and likely number of parts before you send.
Do I need to buy SMS credits separately?
SMS is sent through a provider and billed by them or by you, depending on the setup. We explain the options during the demo. Credit costs are not included in our software quote.
Can I see who got the message?
You see sent and failed status per number, as reported by the provider. Read receipts and replies are shown where the channel supports them. We cannot guarantee delivery on any network.
Can I import my Excel customer list?
Yes. We import names, phones and group tags from a sheet, flag duplicates and bad numbers and ask you to mark how consent was obtained. Lists bought from third parties are not something we help with.
What does it cost?
Price depends on users, volumes, channels and customisation, so we quote after a demo instead of publishing a fixed rate. Message credits from a provider are separate. Message us on WhatsApp to ask.
