E-learning (LMS) Software for Nepali Institutes and Trainers
Put your courses, recorded lessons, quizzes and certificates on your own branded website instead of scattering them across YouTube links and WhatsApp groups.
Many Nepali institutes started online classes in a hurry: a Zoom link here, a Google Drive folder there, a WhatsApp group for notes. It works until the student count grows and nobody can say who has paid, who watched which lesson or who deserves a certificate.
An e-learning (LMS) platform brings all of that into one place under your own name and domain. Students log in, see only the courses they enrolled in, watch lessons, attempt quizzes and download certificates. You see progress and payments without chasing anyone.
WebsNP configures the platform for your subject, your fee structure and your language mix, whether you teach IT, language, accounts, loksewa preparation or school tuition. Pricing comes from a short demo and a written quote, not a fixed list. You can also pair it with coaching institute software for fees and batches.
Who E-learning (LMS) Software is for

Sell self-paced courses to learners in other cities or abroad without opening a new branch.
Individual teachers and trainers
Move your classes off scattered links and into a platform with your name, your logo and your students.
Schools and colleges

Companies and NGOs training staff
Deliver induction or compliance modules, track completion and issue internal certificates.
Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Class links, notes and recordings are spread over WhatsApp, Drive and YouTube. | Every lesson, file and quiz sits inside the course page the student enrolled in. |
| Recorded videos get forwarded to people who never paid. | Lessons are visible only after login and enrolment, and access can be switched off when a fee lapses. |
| You cannot tell which students actually watched the lessons. | Progress per student and per lesson shows who is keeping up and who needs a message. |
| Marking quiz papers by hand takes a whole evening. | Objective quizzes are marked automatically with results available straight after the attempt. |
| Certificates are typed one by one in Word and sometimes copied. | Certificates generate from a template with the student name, course, date and a verification number. |
| Collecting course fees means screenshots of payments on WhatsApp. | Enrolments and payment status are recorded against each student, and payment methods can be configured to suit your setup. |
Features and modules
Course builder
Create courses with sections, lessons, notes and downloadable files in the order you teach them.
Video lessons
Publish recorded lessons, with options to host video privately so it is harder to share outside the platform.
Live class links
Schedule live sessions and keep the link, date and recording together on the course page.
Quizzes and mock tests
Timed multiple-choice tests with automatic marking, attempt limits and result review.
Assignments
Students upload work, teachers mark it and leave comments in one place.
Certificates
Issue branded certificates on completion or a pass mark, each with a unique number.
Student progress
Completion, quiz scores and last login for every learner, filterable by course.
Enrolment and fees
Free, paid and instalment courses with enrolment status and due reminders.
Notices and reminders
Announcements to a course or batch, with email and WhatsApp or SMS messages where configured.
Teachers and roles
Separate access for admin, teachers and support staff so each sees only what they need.
Mobile friendly
Pages designed to work on a phone, since most Nepali learners will study on one.
Built for how Nepal works
Phone-first learners
Most students will open lessons on a mobile phone over mobile data, so pages and video are planned to load reasonably on modest connections.
Nepali and English content
Course titles, notices and certificates can be set up in Nepali, English or both, with Bikram Sambat dates where you prefer them.
Local payment habits
Many learners pay by QR or wallet. The system records the payment and enrolment status; the exact payment options are agreed with you during setup.
Power and internet interruptions
Because lessons are recorded and kept online, a student who loses power or data during a live class can catch up later.
Exam preparation courses
Question banks and timed mock tests suit loksewa, entrance and board-exam preparation style courses.

Can I use my own logo and domain?
Yes. The platform is set up under your institute name, logo and colours, and it can run on your own domain so students see your brand rather than ours. Domain and hosting arrangements are explained in the quote.
Can I run live classes and recorded lessons together?
Yes. You can schedule live sessions with a link on the course page, then attach the recording afterwards so absent students can watch it. Many institutes use this mix every week.
How do you stop videos being shared with non-paying people?
Lessons sit behind a student login and enrolment, and private video hosting options can be used. No system can fully stop someone filming a screen, but access can be removed instantly if a fee lapses.
Can students take exams or mock tests online?
Yes. You can build timed multiple-choice quizzes with automatic marking and attempt limits. Written answers can be set as assignments for a teacher to mark manually.
Do you provide certificates?
The platform can generate certificates from a template with your name, logo, course, date and a unique number. They are your own institute certificates, not an outside qualification.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of students, courses, video hosting needs and customisation. We give a written quote after a short demo, so you pay only for what your institute needs.
Can I bring my existing videos and notes?
Yes. Existing recordings, PDFs and question sets can be uploaded into your courses. If you have hundreds of files, tell us early so we can plan the upload together.
Will it work on a phone?
Yes. The learner pages are designed for mobile screens first, as most students in Nepal study on a phone. We test the full journey on common phones before you go live.
