Can I use my existing barcode scanner and thermal printer?
Usually yes. Most USB barcode scanners work like a keyboard and many thermal printers are supported. Tell us the models on WhatsApp and we confirm compatibility before the demo, or advise on suitable hardware.
Does it work when the internet is down?
A local installation keeps billing inside the shop without internet. An online setup needs a connection. We explain both and recommend based on your connection quality, power backup and whether you have more than one branch.
Does it handle VAT and non-VAT items together?
Yes. Each item is marked taxable or exempt in the item master, and the bill shows VAT only on taxable lines. Please confirm the treatment of specific goods with your tax consultant or IRD.
Can it track stock and warn when items run low?
Yes. Every bill reduces stock, purchases add to it and you can set a reorder level per item. A low-stock list shows what to buy so you do not run out of fast sellers.
Can I accept QR and wallet payments?
You can record cash, card, QR and wallet as payment modes so your closing report separates them. This records how the customer paid. Any direct integration with a payment provider is discussed separately and not assumed.
How are cashier mistakes controlled?
Cashiers have limited rights. Voids, price changes and discounts can need supervisor approval, and the audit log records them. The shift closing report shows differences by cashier so problems are visible quickly.
Can I run more than one counter or branch?
Yes. Counters can bill at the same time with separate series, and the owner can see combined sales and stock. Branch stock transfers can be set up after the demo.
