Can the software track serial numbers for every laptop?
Yes. Serial numbers are recorded when stock is received and chosen when a unit is sold, so each bill carries the exact serial. You can later search by serial to see supplier, sale date and warranty status.
How does warranty tracking work?
You set a warranty period per product or brand. The system calculates the end date from the sale date and shows it when you search a customer, phone number or serial. Distributor claims can also be logged.
Can I run repair jobs in the same system?
Yes. A repair job has a number, customer, device, fault, technician, parts used, charges and status, with a printable slip. Finished jobs can be billed directly and customers notified by message.
Does it handle EMI or instalment sales?
Plans can be recorded with a down payment and monthly dues. The system lists who is overdue so you can follow up. Interest or financing terms are set according to your own arrangement with the customer.
Is it suitable for a small single-counter shop?
