Mobile Phone Shop Software with IMEI, Repairs and Accessories

Track every handset by IMEI from supplier to customer, sell accessories fast, run repair jobs and close the day with cash that matches.

A mobile shop sells two very different things at once. Handsets are few, expensive and individually identified by an IMEI. Accessories such as covers, chargers, earphones and tempered glass are cheap, numerous and sold within seconds. Most billing apps are good at one and clumsy at the other, which leaves the owner juggling a notebook for phones and a counter for everything else.

WebsNP Mobile Shop Software is built to handle both in one screen. Each phone is received with its IMEI, colour and storage, sold with the IMEI printed on the bill, and traceable afterwards for warranty, exchange or dispute. Accessories sell by barcode or quick search with stock updating as you go.

It also covers the side jobs that keep a phone shop busy: repair and screen replacement jobs, exchange of old handsets, mobile wallet and cash receipts, and credit customers who pay at month end. Pricing is quoted after a demo because it depends on your users and branches. Read how the system works in a phone shop or message us on WhatsApp.

Problems it solves

The problem todayHow the software fixes it
IMEI numbers sit in a notebook and a handset is sold with the wrong one noted.IMEI is entered once at purchase and chosen from stock at sale, so the bill always shows the correct number.
You cannot tell which colour or storage variant is left without opening the shelf.Stock shows model, colour and storage as separate lines with live counts.
Accessory stock runs out without warning on the best sellers.Reorder levels flag low items so you restock before customers ask twice.
Repair customers call asking if the phone is ready and nobody knows. Each job has a status and a message can be sent when it is ready.
Cash at closing does not match sales because of wallet, card and cash mixing.Every bill records its payment mode, and the daily summary splits cash from QR or wallet receipts.
Used phones are bought without a clear record of who sold them.Purchase from individuals captures name, phone, ID note, IMEI and condition before the unit enters stock.

Built for how Nepal works

IMEI and device registration

Handsets in Nepal are linked to IMEI registration rules from the telecom regulator. WebsNP keeps IMEI on every bill so you can answer queries. Confirm current rules with the Nepal Telecommunications Authority.

VAT and customs-paid stock

Phones come through distributors or import channels with taxes already built into cost. Purchase entry records bill VAT and landed cost so your margin is real.

Load-shedding and weak internet

The counter can be configured to keep billing through short power or internet breaks. Confirm the setup you need at the demo.

Wallet and QR payments

Customers pay by cash, bank transfer or mobile wallet QR. Bills record the payment mode so closing cash matches. Receipts are recorded in the system; it does not connect to a wallet unless configured for you.

Festival season rushes

Dashain and Tihar bring queues and heavy stock movement. Fast billing, variant stock and low stock alerts matter most in those weeks.

How we get you started

  1. Call and shop walkthrough We ask what you sell, how you handle IMEI and repairs, and how many counters you run.
  2. Demo and quote You see a handset sold by IMEI and an accessory sold by barcode. Price comes in writing after the demo.
  3. Stock and data setup We load models, variants, accessories, suppliers and customer balances, and set bill format.
  4. Counter training Sales staff and technician practise real sales, repairs and returns before going live.
  5. Go live and support We stay available on WhatsApp for questions in the early weeks.
Need it changed to fit you? Variant names, repair statuses, bill layouts, payment modes and warranty terms differ from shop to shop, so WebsNP configures them to match your counter. Extra fields and reports can be added after the demo. See custom software development.

Frequently asked questions

Does the software track IMEI numbers?

Yes. IMEI numbers, including both for dual-SIM handsets, are recorded when stock is received and chosen when sold. You can search any IMEI later to see the supplier, customer, sale date and warranty status.

Can it handle accessories with barcodes?

Yes. Accessories can be sold by barcode scan or fast search, with stock reducing per sale and low stock flagged. Barcode labels can be printed if your items do not already carry them.

Can I run repair jobs in it?

Yes. Jobs record the device, fault, estimate, parts used, technician and status, with a printable slip. A message can be sent to the customer when the phone is ready.

How are used or exchanged phones handled?

When you take in a used handset, you record the seller, contact details, IMEI and condition. It then enters stock as a used item and can be resold with its own price and warranty terms.

Will it work with several branches?

Yes. Branch stock, transfers and sales can be tracked, with an owner view across outlets. The exact setup depends on how your shops share stock and staff.

Does it connect to eSewa, Khalti or Fonepay?

It records the payment mode on each bill, such as cash, bank or QR wallet. Direct integration with a wallet or gateway is not assumed; it can be discussed as a customisation after the demo.

Can I import my current stock list?

Usually yes. Products, opening stock, supplier balances and customer balances can be imported from Excel after we check the file format with you.

How much does it cost?

Price depends on users, branches and customisation, so we quote after a demo. Message WebsNP on WhatsApp at +977 9846280400 to arrange one.
