QR Code Digital Menu Software for Restaurants and Cafes
Give guests a clean menu on their phone through a QR code, update prices and sold-out items in seconds and take table orders if you want to.
A printed menu is out of date the day a price changes. Reprinting costs money, laminated pages get stained and the item your kitchen ran out of at noon is still listed at dinner. A QR menu puts the menu on the guest's phone through a code on the table. You change a price or mark an item sold out once, and every table sees it straight away.
WebsNP builds the menu around your outlet: categories, photos, veg and non-veg labels, Nepali and English names, add-ons and your own branding. You can keep it as a simple view-only menu or switch on table ordering, so the order reaches the counter or the kitchen. Prices are shown in NPR and, where you are VAT registered, the bill can show 13% VAT.
If you want orders to flow into billing, see restaurant POS software. For a bakery or coffee shop, the cafe and bakery software page may fit better. Message us on WhatsApp for a QR menu demo.

Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Printed menus are outdated after every price change | The menu is edited once online and the same QR code always shows the latest version. |
| Guests order items that the kitchen has run out of | Mark an item sold out in one tap and it disappears or is greyed out for guests. |
| Waiters spend time explaining dishes and ingredients | Each dish has a photo, a short description and clear veg or non-veg labels. |
| Foreign guests and locals both need to read the menu | Names and descriptions can be shown in Nepali and English, with more languages added if needed. |
| Orders are noted on paper and misread in the kitchen | With table ordering switched on, each order arrives as a clear list tagged with the table number. |
| Reprinting menus and stickers is a recurring cost | A table QR sticker or stand is a one-time item, while the content behind it is free to change. |

Built for how Nepal works
NPR prices and VAT display
Prices are shown in NPR. Where your outlet is VAT registered, the menu can show prices as exclusive or inclusive of 13% VAT and any service charge you apply. Confirm your own obligations with the IRD or your accountant.
Nepali and English together
Locals, trekkers and visitors read the same menu in the language they prefer, which helps in Thamel, Lakeside and other tourist areas as much as in a local cafe.
Built for mobile data
The menu is light so it opens on a weak mobile connection, and photos can be compressed. We discuss your Wi-Fi and data situation in the demo.
Cash, QR and bank payments
Guests in Nepal pay by cash, mobile QR or card. The menu can show your payment options. A direct wallet connection is separate work that is discussed only if needed.
Festival and seasonal specials
Dashain, Tihar, Holi and wedding season each have their own offers. Special sections can be added and removed on chosen dates without touching the rest of the menu.

What is a QR menu and how does it work?
A QR menu is a web page of your menu that opens when a guest scans a code with their phone camera. There is no app to install. You edit the menu online, and the same code always shows the latest version.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Most phone cameras open the link directly in the browser. The menu is built to load quickly, including on slower mobile data. Guests who prefer not to scan can still ask staff for a printed copy.
Can guests place orders from the table?
Table ordering is optional. When it is on, guests choose items, send the order and the counter or kitchen receives it with the table number. If you prefer waiters to take orders, you can keep the menu view-only.
Can I change prices myself?
Yes. After a short training you can change prices, hide items, mark dishes sold out and add specials from your phone or computer. Changes appear on the menu straight away without reprinting anything.
Can the menu show Nepali and English?
Yes. Each item can have a name and description in both languages, and guests choose the one they prefer. Other languages can be added for outlets that serve many tourists.
Does it connect to my billing software?
It can be handed over to a billing counter, and a connection to a POS can be configured where that is agreed in the project. Tell us what you use now and we confirm what is possible before you commit.
Can I have a separate QR code for each table?
Yes. A table-specific code lets orders arrive tagged with the table number. We provide print-ready codes for stickers or stands, and you can reprint them yourself whenever you need more.
How is the price decided?
The price depends on the number of outlets, tables and features such as ordering and alerts, and is shared as a written quote after the demo. We do not publish a fixed price because every outlet is set up differently.
