Ayurveda Clinic Software for Vaidyas and Herbal Dispensaries
Keep patient files, prescriptions, herbal medicine stock, session packages and bills in one system so the clinic runs without piles of registers.
An Ayurveda clinic in Nepal usually runs a consultation room, a dispensary and sometimes a treatment room under one roof. Patient files sit in registers, prescriptions in carbon copy books and herbal stock in the memory of the person at the counter. Finding what a patient took last visit, or which churna is nearly finished, takes too long.
Ayurveda clinic software from WebsNP brings the patient file, the prescription, the dispensary stock and the bill into one flow. The vaidya writes the prescription in the way they are used to, the dispensary sees it and issues the items, and the bill follows without retyping. Stock levels and expiry dates update with each issue.
The software is a tool for record keeping, billing and scheduling. It does not suggest diagnoses or treatments and makes no health claims. Your vaidya remains in charge of every clinical decision. If you run a wider practice, also see clinic management software.
Who Ayurveda Clinic Software is for
Private Ayurveda clinics
A vaidya or a small team who want patient files and bills organised.
Clinics with their own dispensary
Practices that prepare or sell herbal medicines and need batch and expiry control.
Wellness and treatment centres
Centres that sell session packages such as massage or therapy sittings and track the sessions used.
Herbal medicine retailers
Shops that sell classical and proprietary preparations and need clean stock and VAT bills.
Ayurveda hospitals with OPD
Larger set-ups needing patient numbers, departments and multiple counters.
Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Old patient visits are buried in registers | Each patient has a dated visit history found by name or phone in seconds. |
| Handwritten prescriptions are hard to read at the dispensary | The prescription is entered once and shown clearly to the dispensary and on the printed copy. |
| Herbal stock runs out without warning | Low stock alerts and reorder lists show what to buy before the shelf is empty. |
| Expiry dates are checked rarely | Batch and expiry tracking lists items nearing expiry each month. |
| Session packages are tracked on cards the patient keeps | Sessions sold, used and remaining are kept in the clinic record. |
| Consultation, medicine and treatment fees are added by hand | One bill brings all three together, with VAT where applicable. |

Guides: Ayurveda Clinic Software
How to Choose Ayurveda Clinic Software in Nepal
An Ayurveda clinic has its own way of working. Here is how to judge whether software fits it before you commit.
Read guide ›Ayurveda Patient Records and Prescription Software
Good patient records make every return visit smoother. This guide covers what to store, how to print prescriptions and how to protect privacy.
Read guide ›Herbal Medicine Stock and Expiry in an Ayurveda Dispensary

Does the software diagnose or recommend treatment?
No. It stores what your vaidya writes and handles stock, billing and scheduling. All clinical judgement stays with the practitioner, and the software makes no health claims.
Can I print prescriptions with my clinic header?
Yes. The layout can carry your clinic name, address, registration number and contact details, and list the medicines and instructions as entered by the vaidya.
We make some preparations ourselves. Can we record that?
Yes. You can record the raw materials used and the quantity prepared, so your stock reflects the finished item. The approach is set up with you.
Can it track batch and expiry of herbal medicines?
Yes. Items can be received with batch and expiry details, and a report lists items close to expiry so you can plan.
Can we sell packages such as therapy sessions?
Yes. A package records the number of sessions sold, each sitting is logged and the balance is visible to both staff and the patient.
Can patients get follow-up reminders?
Follow-up dates entered by the clinic can be listed and sent as WhatsApp or SMS messages through the sender arrangement we set up together.
Can I move from my existing register?
We can import patient and item lists from Excel. Paper registers can be entered during set-up, and the time depends on volume.
How is the price decided?
It depends on users, counters, the dispensary and customisation. We quote after a demo, with no fixed public rate. Ask on WhatsApp.
