Dental Clinic Software for Dentists in Nepal
Tooth charts, multi-visit treatment plans, chair-wise appointments, instalment billing and recall reminders for dental clinics and dental chains.
Dental work is rarely one visit. A root canal is three sittings, braces run for many months and an implant case spans weeks with a lab in between. The paperwork that follows a patient across all those visits is where small dental clinics lose track: which tooth was treated, how much has been paid, what is still due and when the patient was supposed to come back.
WebsNP builds dental clinic software around that reality. A tooth chart records what you note per tooth, a treatment plan lists the procedures with a quoted total, and every visit and payment attaches to that plan. Appointments are booked by chair and dentist, and the system can remind patients about their next sitting and their routine check-up.
It works for a single-chair practice, a multi-chair dental centre or a dentist who also visits satellite clinics. For a general doctor's practice see clinic management software. We configure the chart, procedure list and print formats to how you work.
Who Dental Clinic Software is for
Solo dentists
Single-chair clinics that want patient history, treatment plans and bills without a complicated system.
Multi-chair dental centres
Centres with several dentists, assistants and specialists that need chair-wise scheduling and doctor-wise income.
Orthodontic practices
Clinics managing long braces cases with monthly visits, instalments and progress photographs.
Dental clinics with a lab arrangement
Practices that send crowns, dentures and aligners to a dental lab and need to track what is out and what is due back.
Reception staff
Teams who juggle phone bookings, walk-ins and payment reminders at the same time.
Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Patients start a treatment and disappear before the next sitting. | Open treatment plans show what remains for each patient, so you can call or message them to book the next visit. |
| The balance on a long case is disputed. | The plan keeps the quoted amount, each procedure done and every instalment received, printable on request. |
| Routine check-ups and cleaning recalls are never sent. | Recall lists by due date generate SMS or WhatsApp reminders you choose to send. |
| Crown and denture orders to the lab get lost. | Lab orders record the case, lab, date sent and due date, with a list of overdue returns. |
| Notes for each tooth are scattered on paper cards. | A tooth chart with dated entries keeps history in one place, with attachments for images you choose to store. |
| The owner cannot see which dentist or procedure brings income. | Reports by dentist, procedure and period show billing, collection and dues. |

Built for how Nepal works
Instalment culture
Many patients pay a long treatment in parts, so plans are built around partial payment and clear balances instead of one bill.
BS dates for follow-ups
Next-visit dates and printed documents can show Bikram Sambat alongside AD, which patients find easier to remember.
Dental lab work from local labs
Tracking crowns, bridges and dentures sent to local or outside labs by case, with due dates and cost per case.
Reminders by WhatsApp and SMS
Most patients respond to a phone message more than to email, and you control the wording and timing.
VAT and billing on non-clinical sales
Where you sell items such as oral care products, VAT at 13% can be configured. Check which dental services are exempt with your accountant or the Inland Revenue Department.

Is it suitable for a single-chair clinic?
Yes. Many dentists start with patient records, tooth chart, treatment plans and billing, then add recalls and lab tracking. The quote depends on the modules and users you select.
Does it include a tooth chart?
Yes. The chart lets the dentist record dated entries per tooth in the way you prefer. The content is whatever the dentist enters. The software does not suggest diagnoses or treatment.
Can we manage long treatments with instalments?
Yes. A treatment plan keeps the quoted total, procedures completed and each instalment received so the balance is always visible and printable.
Can it store X-rays?
You can attach image files to a patient visit. If you use digital sensors, we discuss how the files are saved. Connecting directly to specific X-ray hardware is scoped separately.
Can patients get reminders?
Yes. You can send appointment and recall reminders by SMS or WhatsApp through a messaging service you subscribe to. Message charges are separate.
Does it work for several branches?
It can be configured for more than one branch with branch-wise reports and shared or separate patient lists. Tell us how you operate and we will advise.
How is patient privacy handled?
Staff have their own logins and permissions, and edits are logged. We recommend scheduled backups. Your clinic decides policy and meets any legal duties.
How much does it cost?
It depends on chairs, users and modules. We give a written quote after a demo, with no fixed price on this page.
