The standard set-up records sessions and calculates charges. Locking or controlling a customer computer needs a client program on each PC, which is a separate discussion. Tell us your computers and operating system and we confirm what is possible.
Can I bill prints and photocopies quickly?
Yes. Counter billing is designed for speed, with page counts, colour or black and white choices and your own rate per page. A simple sale can be billed in a few taps, and daily totals are kept by service.
Can I keep a record of online form jobs?
Yes. Each job stores the customer, the service, the date, the fee and a status such as received, filled, submitted or delivered. You decide the statuses. The software does not connect to any government portal, it only records your work.
How does it help control staff cash?
Each user logs in separately and each sale or job is tied to a user. At shift close the system shows expected cash against declared cash. Differences stay on record for the owner, which discourages unrecorded sales.
Can regular customers have credit accounts?
Yes. You can give selected customers an account with dues, advance balance and a statement. Reminders can be sent by WhatsApp or SMS.
