Can the software handle both offset and flex printing?
Yes, it can be configured for both. Offset style jobs are priced by quantity, paper and colours, while flex and vinyl jobs are priced by area. Many presses run both, so the same system can hold the two rate structures and bill them correctly.
Does it track paper stock?
Yes. You record paper by type, GSM and sheet size, and stock reduces as jobs consume it. You also see what has been purchased and what remains, along with a low stock alert for the sizes you use most.
Can I give an estimate and turn it into an invoice?
Yes. You prepare an estimate from your rates, send it to the customer, and once approved convert it to a job order and later to an invoice. Nothing needs to be typed again, which avoids mistakes between quote and bill.
Will it work if my internet is unreliable?
It depends on the setup. A local installation works on the counter computer without the internet, and a cloud setup needs a connection. We discuss which suits you in the demo, including what to do during load-shedding.
Can customers be reminded about unpaid bills?
Yes. The system shows overdue balances by customer, and you can send a reminder by WhatsApp or SMS if that channel is configured. You decide the wording and when to send it.
Is VAT billing included?
