Laundry and Dry Cleaning Software for Nepali Shops
Take orders by item, print tags, track every garment from pickup to delivery and collect dues without losing a single customer slip.
A laundry shop lives or dies on trust. A customer hands over a suit, three shirts and a blanket, and expects every piece back clean, on time and at the price they were told. When orders sit on handwritten slips, a missing slip or a smudged number can turn into a long argument at the counter.
Laundry and Dry Cleaning Software from WebsNP gives every order a number, every item a tag and every customer a record. You price by item or by kilo, track each order through washing, pressing and ready for delivery, and know exactly who still owes you money.
If you also run a shop counter with products, our POS billing software may be useful alongside. For repeat customers with monthly accounts, the membership management page shows how recurring plans can be handled.

Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Slips get lost or smudged, and customers dispute what they handed over. | Each order has a printed receipt and item count, and the shop record shows every piece that was received. |
| Garments get mixed up between customers. | Tags with order and item numbers are printed per piece so each garment carries its identity through the process. |
| Prices are quoted from memory and vary between staff. | A fixed price list per item and service, with rules for express work, keeps quotes consistent. |
| Customers keep asking, "Is my order ready?" by phone. | Order status updates, and optional WhatsApp or SMS messages, tell customers when clothes are ready. |
| Unpaid orders and uncollected clothes pile up on the shelf. | A dues list and an uncollected orders list, sorted by age, show exactly who to remind. |
| Owner cannot see daily income, expenses and rider collections clearly. | Daily reports break down cash, QR and credit sales, with rider and outlet filters. |

Seasonal demand
Winter brings woollens, blankets and jackets, festivals bring sarees and suits, and the monsoon slows drying. The system helps you plan capacity with real order counts.
Cash, QR and monthly credit
Shops take cash, QR payments and run monthly accounts for regulars and institutions. Each payment mode can be recorded per bill. Specific gateway links, where needed, are discussed in the demo.
Power cuts and water supply
Machines depend on electricity and water. Order due dates can include a buffer, and you can mark an order delayed with a reason, so customers get honest updates.
VAT where registered
If your business is VAT registered, bills can show a 13% VAT line. Confirm your obligations with your accountant or the Inland Revenue Department.

Can I charge by weight as well as by item?
Yes. You can set some services, such as bulk wash, by kilo and others, such as dry cleaning a suit, by item. A single order can mix both and the bill adds them up clearly.
Do I need a tag printer?
Tags help avoid mix-ups, and they can be printed on a label printer or a regular printer depending on your setup. We discuss practical hardware choices for your budget during the demo.
Can customers be told when clothes are ready?
It can be configured to send ready messages through SMS or WhatsApp using a provider you select. Delivery and cost depend on that provider, and customers should be messaged only with their consent.
Can riders use it on a phone?
Riders can be given a simple phone view of assigned pickups and deliveries, where they update status and record cash collected. We confirm exact devices during setup.
How does it handle customers who pay monthly?
Credit accounts are supported. Orders are added to the customer account, and a monthly statement lists them with payments received and the balance due.
What if a garment is damaged or lost?
You can record existing damage at receipt and any complaint later against the order. The system keeps the evidence, but compensation decisions and policy remain yours.
Does it work with multiple outlets?
Yes. Orders can be received at one outlet and processed at a central plant, with status visible at each point and reports by outlet.
How much does it cost?
Price depends on the number of users, outlets and any custom work. We quote after a demo, so you only pay for what your shop needs.
