Montessori and Daycare Management Software for Nepal
Keep child records, monthly fees, authorised pickup lists and daily parent updates organised in one place so staff spend their time with the children.
A montessori or daycare runs on trust. Parents hand over their child each morning and expect clear communication, correct bills and a reliable record of who collected the child. When that information sits in notebooks and personal phones, mistakes are easy and awkward to explain.
Daycare software gives each child a profile with parent contacts, authorised pickup persons, notes the parents have shared and a fee ledger. Staff record attendance and short daily updates, and parents receive them without a flood of individual calls.
This software is for record keeping and parent communication. It does not give childcare, health or safety advice, which remain the responsibility of your staff and the relevant authorities. WebsNP sets it up around your centre's routine, with pricing agreed after a demo and written quote.

Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Parents ask about the bill and nobody can show a clear breakdown. | Each child has a fee ledger with monthly charges, extras, payments and balance. |
| Pickup mistakes worry you because authorised names are on scattered slips. | A single authorised pickup list with photos and phone numbers sits on the child record. |
| Teachers spend the afternoon replying to individual parent messages. | Daily updates are entered once and shared with the right parents in a consistent format. |
| Admission details are on paper forms that get lost or are hard to read. | The admission form is stored digitally with parent contacts and notes parents provide. |
| You cannot tell which families are late on fees until month end. | A pending-fee list updates daily and reminders go out before the due date. |
| Notices about holidays and events reach only some parents. | One notice can be sent to a class, a branch or every parent at the same time. |

Built for how Nepal works
Bikram Sambat dates and session
Birth dates, admission dates and fee months can follow the BS calendar so the records match what parents and staff use.
Nepali and English messages
Notices and reminders can be written in Nepali, English or both, depending on your parents.
Grandparents and relatives collecting children
Pickup is often done by grandparents, relatives or helpers. The authorised list records each person by name and relation.
WhatsApp is how parents communicate
Most parents prefer WhatsApp. Messages can be sent through configured channels using fixed templates, so staff do not type the same text repeatedly.
Registration and rules
Registration and operating requirements for childcare centres are set by the relevant local and education authorities. Confirm current rules with them; the software only helps you keep records.

Does the software give childcare or health advice?
No. It is a record keeping and communication tool. Care routines, safety practice and any health matters stay with your staff and the relevant authorities. The system only stores what you and the parents enter.
Can I store the names of people allowed to collect a child?
Yes. Each child has an authorised pickup list with names, relation, phone number and an optional photo. Staff can check it at the door and record who actually collected the child.
Can parents see daily updates?
Updates can be shared through channels configured for your centre, such as WhatsApp or SMS messages. You decide the fields, for example activities, meals eaten and a short note, and staff enter them once.
Can I charge hourly as well as monthly?
Yes. Fee heads can be monthly, per day, per hour or one-off, and extras such as transport or activities can be added to a child's bill.
Is children's data kept private?
Access is controlled by staff login and role. Only people who need a child's information should see it. Tell us your privacy expectations during the demo so permissions are set accordingly.
Can I send reminders for unpaid fees?
Yes, where an SMS or WhatsApp channel is configured. You choose the wording and timing, such as a few days before the due date and again after it.
What does it cost?
The price depends on the number of children, branches, staff users and any customisation. You receive a written quote after a demo, so you know what is included before you decide.
Can I import my existing admission list?
Usually yes. If your children and parents are listed in Excel or a clear register, we can import them. Handwritten records may need typing first, and we will tell you what to expect.
