Fleet and Vehicle Management Software for Nepali Transport Owners
Track every trip, litre of fuel, service date and vehicle document expiry, and see which vehicle earns money and which one quietly loses it.
If you own five trucks, ten tippers or a fleet of vans, you already know the feeling of not knowing which vehicle made money this month. Fuel slips sit in a drawer, drivers report expenses by phone, and the pollution certificate for one vehicle expires without anyone noticing until a checkpoint.
WebsNP builds fleet software that treats each vehicle as its own small business. Every trip, fuel fill, repair, driver advance and document expiry is recorded against the vehicle number, so you see income, cost and profit per vehicle instead of one blurred total.
It works for goods transport, school and office vehicles, construction machinery, tourist vans and delivery fleets. We configure fields to your vehicle types, and it can sit beside courier software or garage software if you run those too.
Who Fleet and Vehicle Management Software is for
Truck and tipper owners
Owners who send vehicles on long trips and need to know freight earned, fuel burnt and driver cost per trip.
Tourist and rental vehicle operators
Businesses with vans, jeeps and buses that must manage bookings, driver duties and document renewals.
Companies with staff vehicles
Offices, schools, hospitals and NGOs that run cars or buses and want to control fuel and maintenance spending.
Construction and machinery owners
Contractors with excavators, loaders and mixers that need running hours, fuel and site-wise costs.
Delivery fleets
Distributors and couriers with their own vans and bikes that need fuel and service control.
Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Nobody knows which vehicle is profitable. | Each vehicle has a statement of trip income, fuel, repairs, driver cost and other expenses so profit per vehicle is visible. |
| Document expiry dates are missed. | Bluebook, route permit, pollution certificate, insurance and tax renewal dates are stored as fields with reminders ahead of expiry. |
| Fuel use looks too high but cannot be proved. | Fuel fills are logged with litres, odometer and place, and the system compares mileage across vehicles and drivers. |
| Service is done late, so breakdowns happen on the road. | Service schedules by kilometre or date create due lists, with a history of every repair and part replaced. |
| Driver advances and expenses are written in small diaries. | Advances, trip expenses and settlements are recorded per driver and trip, with balance carried until settled. |
| Owners depend on phone calls to know where vehicles are. | Trip status, start, destination and return are logged, so the dispatcher sees which vehicle is on which job. |

Built for how Nepal works
Nepal vehicle documents as record fields
Bluebook, route permit, pollution certificate, insurance and tax renewal are stored with expiry dates so you can plan renewals. Check current rules and dates with the relevant offices.
Bikram Sambat dates
Renewals and many local records follow BS dates. Dates can be entered and reported in BS alongside AD.
Hills, highways and trip cost
Fuel use and tyre wear differ sharply on hill routes and plains, so trip-wise and route-wise comparison matters.
Cash-heavy driver expenses
Tolls, parking, police and loading costs are often paid in cash, so a simple trip expense entry with settlement keeps accounts clean.
VAT and party billing
Where you bill customers for freight or rental, invoices can carry 13% VAT as applicable to your registration; confirm treatment with your accountant.

Does it track vehicles live on a map?
Our fleet software focuses on records: trips, fuel, service, documents and costs. Live GPS tracking depends on a device and provider; if you already use one, ask us at the demo whether a link can be configured for your case.
Can it remind me about document expiry?
Yes. Bluebook, route permit, pollution certificate, insurance, tax renewal and driver licence dates are stored as fields, and a dashboard lists documents expiring soon so you can plan renewals.
Can I see profit for each vehicle?
Yes. Trip income and rental income are matched against fuel, repair, driver cost, tolls and other expenses, giving a profit statement per vehicle and per month.
How are driver advances handled?
Advances are recorded against the driver and trip. Expenses reported by the driver are entered, and the balance to be returned or paid is shown at settlement.
Can drivers enter data from their phones?
Some owners prefer drivers to send details to the office, while others want direct entry. We discuss which approach fits your drivers and network coverage on routes during the demo.
Can I manage mixed vehicles?
Yes. Trucks, tippers, buses, vans, cars, bikes and machines can be in one register, with fields suited to each type such as running hours for machines.
What does it cost?
Price depends on the number of vehicles, users and features such as party billing or custom reports. We give a quote after a short demo and discussion of your fleet.
Can you import my Excel records?
Vehicle lists, driver lists and document dates from Excel can usually be imported. Old trip history is optional and can be loaded if it is tidy.
