Garage, Workshop and Service Centre Software for Nepal

Open job cards, issue spare parts, bill with VAT and remind customers when their bike or car is due for the next service.

A busy garage runs on memory. Which bike is waiting for a part, which car was promised for evening, which customer still owes for the last repair, which spare part was taken from the shelf but never billed. When these live in a register and in the mechanic's head, money leaks and customers lose patience.

WebsNP garage and workshop software gives every vehicle a job card from the moment it arrives until the bill is paid and the next service is scheduled. Parts issued, labour charged, mechanic assigned and customer approvals are all recorded against the same job, so the owner can see the workshop floor without standing on it.

It suits two-wheeler service centres, car garages, tyre and denting shops, and multi-bay workshops. Where you also sell spare parts across the counter, it can work with inventory software, and for a dealership see showroom software.

Problems it solves

The problem todayHow the software fixes it
Job details are written on slips that get lost.Every vehicle gets a job card with complaint, estimate, parts, labour, status and delivery promise, searchable by number plate.
Spare parts are used without being billed.Parts are issued against a job card from stock, so every part used appears on the bill and stock falls automatically.
Customers forget the next service and go elsewhere.Service due date or kilometre reminders can be sent by SMS or WhatsApp, based on the last job.
Credit customers and company vehicles pile up unpaid bills.Customer ledgers show dues by party, vehicle and job, with ageing and payment records.
Nobody knows how productive each mechanic is.Jobs are assigned to mechanics with time and labour recorded, so workload and output can be compared.
Estimates change mid-job and customers dispute the bill.Estimates, approvals and extra work are recorded on the job card with time and user.

Built for how Nepal works

Two-wheelers dominate

Bike service is high volume and repeat-driven, so quick job cards and kilometre-based reminders matter more than long reports.

Parts from many sources

Garages buy from importers, local part markets and dealers. Purchase bills with supplier-wise payables keep this under control.

VAT and bill formats

Where VAT applies, invoices can carry 13% VAT and be exported for your accountant. Confirm registration and billing requirements with your accountant or tax office.

Bikram Sambat dates and festivals

Dates can be shown in BS, and festival rush periods such as before Dashain and Tihar can be reviewed from job volume reports.

Phone-first communication

Customers prefer calls and WhatsApp, so job status and reminders are designed to be shared as short messages.

Frequently asked questions

Can it send service reminders to customers?

Yes. Based on the last job, the system lists customers due for service by date or kilometre, and can send reminders by SMS or WhatsApp through the gateway or number configured for your workshop.

Does it control spare parts stock?

Yes. Parts are purchased into stock and issued against job cards, so stock falls as jobs are billed. Low stock alerts and supplier payables are included.

Can I give estimates before the work starts?

Yes. The job card can hold an estimate of parts and labour, record customer approval and track extra work that is added later.

Can it handle company and credit customers?

Yes. Credit customers have ledgers, vehicles linked to the account and statements for a chosen period, so dues are clear.

Can mechanics be paid incentives from it?

Labour and jobs are recorded per mechanic, which you can use to calculate incentives under your own policy. The exact rule is configured with you.

Will it work for a small bike workshop?

Yes. A small workshop can use a simple job card, parts issue and billing, and add reminders and reports as it grows.

What does it cost?

Price depends on number of users, branches and extras such as reminders or custom invoice formats. We share a quote after a demo.

Can you import my customer list?

Customer and vehicle lists in Excel can usually be imported, including number plates and last service dates, which helps reminders work from the first week.
