Plot Inventory, Booking and Instalment Software for Housing Companies
Track every plot from available to booked to registered, collect instalments on time and show buyers an honest statement of what they have paid.
A plotting company may sell hundreds of plots across a single project, each with its own size, road facing, price, buyer and payment schedule. Keeping this in a notebook and a few spreadsheets works for the first twenty plots. After that, the questions start: is plot 47 really still free, who has not paid the last instalment, and how much did we collect this month?
Land plotting and housing software from WebsNP gives each plot its own record, links it to a buyer and tracks every booking amount and instalment against a payment plan. Area is held in the units your buyers use, such as aana and dhur or kattha and dhur, and the system keeps the lalpurja, kitta and registration stage notes alongside each plot.
It sits close to our real estate broker software for the sales pipeline and our accounting software for the books. Prices and fees are always confirmed with you after a demo, because every project is structured differently.

Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| The same plot is promised to two buyers because the map and the sheet disagree. | A single plot register with live status: available, on hold, booked, sold and registered. |
| Staff cannot say how much a buyer has paid and what remains without opening several files. | Each buyer has a statement showing the agreed price, payments received and balance. |
| Overdue instalments are noticed only when the cash is short. | A due and overdue list is generated daily with aging, ready for a call or message. |
| Buyers dispute receipts or dates because paper copies are lost. | Every payment is recorded with a numbered receipt and a copy can be reprinted. |
| Registration is delayed and nobody knows who is waiting on what. | A stage tracker for each plot shows which documents are collected and which step is pending. |
| Agents argue about commission on booked plots. | The selling agent and commission terms are recorded against each booking. |

Built for how Nepal works
Nepali land units and rates
Hill and Kathmandu valley projects usually talk in aana, paisa and dam while Terai projects use kattha and dhur. Rates per aana or per kattha convert automatically to a plot price.
Bikram Sambat instalment dates
Payment due dates are shown in BS so a buyer told to pay by a particular day of Poush sees the same date on the statement.
Registration as a tracked stage
Land registration and malpot work is handled by the Land Revenue Office. The software tracks your own checklist and dates, and you confirm current requirements with the office and your lawyer.
Payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer
Receipts record the mode of payment, cheque number and bank so reconciliation is easy.

Can it manage several housing projects at once?
Yes. Each project has its own plot register, rates and payment plans, and reports can be viewed for one project or all of them together.
Does it support aana, dhur and kattha?
Yes. Plot area can be held in the unit your company sells in, with a square-foot figure for comparison and price calculation by rate per unit.
How does it prevent double booking?
Each plot has a single status. Once a plot is on hold or booked, other staff see that status and cannot book it without releasing the hold first.
Can buyers get a statement of their payments?
Yes. A printed or PDF statement shows the agreed price, each payment with its receipt number and the remaining balance for that buyer.
Does it handle late fees on instalments?
It can be configured with your own late-fee or grace-period rule. We set this up after you tell us what your sales agreement actually says.
Does it handle the legal registration?
No. It tracks your internal checklist and dates. The legal process and fees are decided by the Land Revenue Office and your lawyer, who you should consult directly.
Can we import our current plot sheet?
Usually yes. If plots and payments are in Excel we import them, although inconsistent plot numbering or missing balances need to be cleaned up first.
What does it cost?
It depends on the number of projects, users and customisations. Message us on WhatsApp for a demo and a written quote with no obligation.
