HR Management Software (HRMS) for Nepal
Keep every employee file, leave balance, contract, appraisal and document in one system that your HR team and owners can trust.
Ask a Nepali HR officer where a staff member's citizenship copy, appointment letter and last appraisal are, and the honest answer is often "in a folder somewhere, or on someone's phone". Leave is counted in a diary, contract end dates live in the owner's memory, and a reference letter takes a day to prepare.
WebsNP's HR management software puts those records in one searchable place. Each employee has a profile with contact details, documents, contract history, leave balance and appraisals, and managers see only the people they are responsible for. Reminders tell you when a probation period, contract or licence is about to end.
We configure it around your own policies instead of forcing a foreign template: your leave types, your approval chain, your grades, your Nepali public holidays. It can sit alongside our payroll software and attendance software. Send a message on WhatsApp for a demo.

Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Employee documents are scattered across folders, phones and cupboards. | One profile per employee stores scans of citizenship, education, contracts and certificates with upload dates. |
| Leave balances are argued about at the end of the year. | Leave requests, approvals and balances are logged, so the number in the system is the number everyone sees. |
| Probation and contract end dates are missed. | Reminders go to HR and the manager before each date, with a list of upcoming reviews. |
| Appraisals are done on paper and never compared. | Appraisal forms with ratings and comments are stored by cycle, so growth and increments are based on history. |
| Nobody knows who has access to confidential staff data. | Role-based access limits what each manager and clerk can open, with a log of who viewed or changed a profile. |
| Reference and experience letters take hours to prepare. | Letter templates fill in name, position and dates from the record, ready to print on letterhead. |

What is an HRMS and do we need one?
An HRMS is software that keeps employee records, leave, contracts and appraisals together. If your HR depends on folders, diaries and Excel and you have more than about fifteen staff, a simple HRMS usually saves time and reduces disputes.
Can it handle our own leave policy?
Yes. Leave types, entitlements, carry-forward rules and approval steps are set up from your policy. You confirm that the policy matches the law and your contracts, and the software applies it consistently.
Can managers approve leave on their phone?
The system works in a mobile browser, so a manager can open a leave request and approve or reject it from a phone. We confirm the exact screens during the demo.
Does it connect to payroll and attendance?
It is designed to share employee records with our payroll and attendance products, so a new joiner is entered once. Leave taken can then feed salary calculation.
How are confidential documents protected?
Access is role based, uploads are tied to a profile, and every view or change can be logged. You decide which users can see salary, medical or disciplinary documents.
Can we move our existing staff records in?
Yes. Send your Excel list and we map it to the employee fields. Scanned documents can be uploaded in batches, starting with the most important ones.
Is it only for large companies?
No. A company with twenty staff benefits from reminders and leave tracking just as much. The set of modules you buy is matched to your size and needs.
How much does HR software cost?
It depends on the number of employees, the modules and how much customisation you want. We give a quote after a demo and a short conversation about your HR process.
