Insurance Agent Software and Policy Tracker for Nepal
Keep every client, policy, premium due date, renewal and commission in one tracker, with reminders ready to send on WhatsApp or SMS.
An insurance agent's income depends on remembering. Premium due dates, renewal dates, policy numbers, nominees and birthdays sit in a diary, a phone and a pile of policy bonds. When a client's policy lapses because nobody called, the client is unhappy and the agent loses a renewal. When a motor policy expires on a Friday, the agent finds out on Monday.
WebsNP's insurance agent software turns that diary into a tracker. Each client has a profile with family members, each policy has its insurer, number, sum assured, premium, mode and next due date, and the system lists everything due this week, this month or overdue. Reminder messages are prepared from the record for you to send on WhatsApp or SMS.
It is a record-keeping and follow-up tool for agents and small agencies. It does not quote or issue policies, and it does not replace the insurer's own system or advice. Message us on WhatsApp and we will show a demo built around the way you work.

Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Premium due dates live in a diary and are missed. | A due list sorted by date shows who to call today, this week and this month. |
| Policies lapse because nobody reminded the client. | Reminders are prepared ahead of each due date, with the amount and policy number. |
| Client details are scattered across phone contacts and paper files. | One profile holds family, nominee, contact, documents and every policy. |
| Motor and non-life renewals are noticed too late. | Expiry dates drive a renewal pipeline that starts weeks before the date. |
| Commission is hard to reconcile with insurer statements. | Expected commission per policy is recorded so you can compare it with what the insurer pays. |
| Cross-selling opportunities are forgotten. | Family and policy history show which clients have no health, motor or child plan yet. |

Does the software issue policies or connect to insurers?
No. It is the agent's own tracker for clients, policies, due dates, collections and commission. Policies are issued by insurers through their own processes. Any integration with an insurer system would be discussed separately and is not assumed.
Can it track different premium modes?
Yes. Yearly, half-yearly, quarterly and monthly premiums are supported, and the next due date is calculated from the start date and mode. You can correct a date if the insurer's schedule differs.
Can I send reminders to clients on WhatsApp?
The system prepares a message with the client name, policy number, amount and due date. You review and send it on WhatsApp or SMS. Fully automatic sending depends on the channel and is discussed during the demo.
Can it handle motor and health renewals?
Yes. Short-term policies carry an expiry date and enter a renewal pipeline weeks earlier, so you can request documents, compare options and complete the renewal before the date.
Can I track commission?
You can record expected commission for each policy and compare it with the insurer's statements. Commission rules vary by insurer and plan, so you enter the rules or amounts you have received in writing.
Is my client data private?
Client data stays in your own system with a login. Agents in an agency see only their own clients unless the owner grants wider access, and changes are logged.
Can I move my existing Excel or diary data in?
Yes. We import Excel lists. For paper diaries we can enter data from photographs in batches, starting with the clients whose dates are closest.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of users, clients and modules. We give a quote after a short demo. Individual agents and agencies with several agents may need different setups.
