Microsoft 365 Subscription in Nepal for Offices, Schools and Individuals
Order a genuine Microsoft 365 subscription through WhatsApp when a foreign card is the only thing in the way, with plan and term confirmed in writing.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive are the everyday tools of almost every office, school and bank in Nepal. Many people still use old installed copies or, worse, pirated ones. A Microsoft 365 subscription gives you the current apps, cloud storage and, on business plans, email on your own domain and online meetings. The usual obstacle is paying, because Microsoft expects a card that works internationally.
WebsNP helps buyers in Nepal arrange a Microsoft 365 subscription without an international card. You message us on WhatsApp, we confirm the plan and term you want, you pay in a way we agree with you and we confirm the order. We do not claim to be an official Microsoft reseller or partner, and plan names, features and limits are set by Microsoft and change.
If you also need accounting or payroll for the same office, see our accounting software. When you are ready, tell us on WhatsApp how many people will use it and whether you need business email.

You work in Excel and Word all day and need reliable files, backups and email.

Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| The Microsoft checkout rejects your Nepali card | You order through WhatsApp with WebsNP, so the purchase does not depend on your own international card. |
| Office copies in the office are pirated or unlicensed | A proper subscription gives updates and support from the vendor and removes the malware and audit risk of cracked files. |
| Files live on one computer and are lost when it fails | OneDrive and SharePoint keep files in the cloud and allow sharing and version history, within the storage set by the plan. |
| Staff use personal Gmail or Yahoo for office work | Business plans can provide email on your own domain, where the plan includes it. |
| Meetings depend on a free tool with time limits | Teams is included in many plans, with limits that depend on the plan and are set by Microsoft. |
| You do not know which plan you need | We ask about staff, email and devices, then explain the plan options as listed by the vendor. |

Built for how Nepal works
Card and payment barriers
Microsoft expects an international payment method. WebsNP helps you order without one, so you do not have to arrange a foreign card yourself.
Nepali Unicode and legacy fonts
Many offices still hold Preeti files. Unicode text works better in cloud apps, so plan a conversion if you share files widely.
Bandwidth and offline use
Installed apps work offline and sync later. Plan large uploads for stable hours and keep local copies of vital files.
Business email on your domain
Official-looking addresses build trust with clients, banks and donors. Ask whether the plan you choose includes a business mailbox and what it needs.

Is WebsNP an official Microsoft reseller?
No. We do not claim any official reseller or partner status with Microsoft. We help Nepali buyers who cannot pay the vendor directly to arrange a subscription, and we explain exactly how we work if you ask.
How much does Microsoft 365 cost in Nepal?
We do not publish a price here because Microsoft changes plans and prices, and the amount depends on the plan, number of users and term. Message us and we confirm the current figure before you pay.
Do I need an international card?
No. You agree a payment method with us on WhatsApp instead. That is the main reason people order through WebsNP rather than through the vendor checkout.
What is the difference between Personal, Family and Business plans?
Personal and Family plans are meant for individuals and households, while Business plans are for organisations and may add business email, Teams and administration. Names, limits and inclusions are set by Microsoft and change.
Can you provide a cracked or shared Office licence?
Never. Cracked or shared licences carry malware, audit and sudden lockout risk, and a lapsed or banned account can take your files with it. We discuss only legitimate subscriptions bought for your own use.
Will I get email on my own domain?
That depends on the plan you choose and on your domain setup. Business plans may include it. We tell you what to confirm with the vendor and, if you need help with the domain, we can discuss that separately.
Can I use it on many devices?
Device limits are set by Microsoft and differ by plan. We confirm what applies to your plan before you pay so you are not surprised.
What happens when the term ends?
The apps may switch to a limited mode and files stay yours, but exact behaviour is set by Microsoft. Note the end date and contact us before it arrives to arrange renewal.
