Bike and Car Showroom Software for Nepali Dealers
Track vehicle stock by chassis and colour, manage bookings and exchanges, follow up enquiries and keep every delivery document in one record.
A showroom sells a product that is expensive, slow to decide on and heavy with paperwork. A customer visits three times, books after a test ride, asks about exchange value, waits for bank finance and finally wants delivery before an auspicious day. Each step is handled by someone different, and each is easy to lose in a notebook.
WebsNP showroom software keeps one file per customer and one record per vehicle. Stock is tracked by model, colour and chassis number, enquiries become follow-up tasks, bookings carry advance payments, and the delivery file collects everything that must be handed over or filed.
It suits bike, scooter, car, electric vehicle and commercial vehicle dealers. After sale, customers can be passed to your service centre, and finance or instalments can be tracked with loan management software where you offer them yourself.
Who Vehicle Showroom Software is for
Two-wheeler dealers
High-volume showrooms handling many enquiries, bookings and deliveries each week, often around festivals.
Car and SUV dealers
Showrooms with fewer but larger sales, longer follow-up, finance and exchange of used vehicles.
Electric vehicle sellers
Dealers of electric scooters and cars who handle accessories, charger records and service tie-ups.
Commercial vehicle dealers
Tipper, truck, pickup and tractor sellers with credit, finance and documentation needs.
Used vehicle traders
Dealers who buy, recondition and resell vehicles and need cost and ownership records.
Problems it solves
| The problem today | How the software fixes it |
|---|---|
| Stock is counted by walking the floor and asking the store. | Every vehicle is recorded with model, variant, colour, chassis and engine number, location and status such as available, booked, sold or delivered. |
| Enquiries are lost between salesmen. | Each enquiry becomes a lead with owner, source, next follow-up date and notes, so nothing depends on one person's phone. |
| Booking advances and refunds are disputed. | Bookings carry advance receipts, vehicle allocation and refund or adjustment records. |
| Exchange vehicles are valued verbally and then forgotten. | Exchange vehicles are recorded with photos, condition notes, agreed value and later resale cost and profit. |
| Delivery files are missing papers. | A delivery checklist records invoice, insurance, registration papers, keys, manuals and accessories handed over. |
| Slow-moving stock is noticed too late. | Stock ageing shows how many days each vehicle has been in the showroom, by model and colour. |

Built for how Nepal works
Festival and auspicious-day demand
Dashain, Tihar and chosen shubha saits drive bookings and deliveries. The system lists promised delivery dates by day so you can prepare.
Registration and ownership papers
Bluebook, insurance, tax and registration steps are stored as document records with status. Check current rules and fees with the relevant offices.
Bank and leasing finance
Many buyers use finance. The system tracks cases, documents asked and status without claiming any link to a particular bank.
Exchange culture
Trading an old bike or car against a new one is common, so exchange valuation and resale are first-class records.
VAT and BS dates
Invoices can carry 13% VAT where applicable and show BS dates; confirm treatment with your accountant.

Can it track stock by chassis number?
Yes. Each vehicle is recorded with its chassis and engine number, colour, variant and status, so you can see exactly which unit is booked, sold or still available.
Can salesmen follow up leads from their phones?
Leads are assigned to salesmen with next follow-up dates and a daily task list. Whether staff use a phone browser or the office computer is decided during setup.
Does it handle exchange vehicles?
Yes. An exchange vehicle is recorded with condition, agreed value and documents, then moved into used stock for reconditioning and resale with its own profit.
Can I record finance cases?
Yes. You can track which bank or finance company, what documents were requested and the approval status. The system does not decide approvals or connect to a lender unless agreed in scope.
Can I manage booking advances and refunds?
Yes. Advances are recorded against bookings, adjusted into the final invoice, and refunds follow your cancellation policy with a clear record.
Is it suitable for a used vehicle trader?
Yes. Purchase price, repair costs, ownership papers and sale price are stored per vehicle so profit per unit is clear.
What does it cost?
Price depends on users, branches and extras such as commission rules or finance tracking. We provide a quote after a demo, not a fixed list price.
Can you import existing stock and customers?
Stock lists with chassis numbers and customer lists from Excel can usually be imported. Open bookings are best entered individually at go-live.
